What is your shipping policy?
Most items are made to order. Please allow at least three to four weeks before shipment of any made to order item. Items are shipped during business days. Business days are observed Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. whirlykidde is not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions, delivery errors or international custom clearance.
For international shipping, the customer will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by customs and excise delays.
refunds and exchanges
whirlykidde encourages you to contact us regarding the specific measurements of each item and with any questions you may have prior to purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return or exchange please contact whirlykidde via email within three days after receiving your order. Refunds or exchanges will be issued on products returned unworn with tags attached. After seven days from receipt of your product whirlykidde will no longer be able accept your return. whirlykidde has the right to refuse your refund if the products are returned worn, damaged or hang tags are unattached. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns. Refunds will be issued via the same method you purchased your item.

whirlykidde currently accepts payments via PayPal or credit card. Credit Cards are processed through Stripe and Square. Please feel free to contact us if you are having any trouble with the payment process.

Are your fabrics certified organic?
whirlykidde’s organic fabrics used for products are certified organic cotton by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).
